Solutions

We provide design concept to manufacturing services with our complete in-house manufacturing capabilities. Working with your engineers, we offer in-house product development assistance, rapid prototyping, and CAD modeling. Our Project Managers ensure efficiency and repeatability with rapid concept-to-market timelines.

Our processes include in-house tooling fabrication; automated fabric and core cutting; prepreg, wet layup, and infuse composite laminating; as well as compression molding, autoclave, vacuum bagging, and heated press curing. Our largest batch oven spans over 2,000 sq./ft.

Founded by Americas Cup Racing professionals, who specialize in composite fabrication, we have been working with innovative companies since the beginning. Using our professional experience and hands-on design experience in boat building, we have expanded into a variety of industries. When partnering with our customers, we use our experience and material knowledge to create solutions in cutting edge industries.

Material Knowledge

Composite Builders understands cost efficiencies and will navigate the best processes to meet project requirements. Our team is proficient with the properties of composite materials and their sub-materials, such as carbon fiber, nono-carbon, Kevlar, fiberglass, spectra, Ekoa composites, and Plexus, Spa-Bond, Proset, Hysol, Huntsman, respectfully, to name a few.

Our Facility

We are able to facilitate our customers’ small to extra-large projects in our 30,000 sq./ft. facility. Our largest shop area is equipped with a 50 ft. wide 10 ton capacity bridge crane. The crane travels over 9,000 square feet of shop space and spans our 24 ft. wide enclosed loading bay.
